Good Afternoon Bulb Peeps!

Greetings, everyone!

Introduction

Today, I'll share my journey into the world of real estate. It all began when I discovered that one of my university friends was involved in the real estate business. Being unfamiliar with land prices in Lahore, a major city in Pakistan, particularly in rural areas, I was intrigued. While we primarily dealt in acres, in Lahore, it's all about marlas and kanals. Surprisingly, the price of one kanal in Lahore surpasses that of an entire acre in rural areas.

Encouraged by my friend, who emphasized the potential for profit, I decided to delve into the realm of real estate. Despite my initial lack of confidence, our brief conversations—usually no more than 10 to 15 minutes after class—gradually piqued my interest. He generously shared his experiences, which proved invaluable in shaping my understanding of the market.

That's how he builds his clientele—through his convincing communication skills and impressive ability to meet their needs. He often shares insights into his ongoing deals, future projects, and investment opportunities, showcasing the depth of his market knowledge.
One day, I noticed him visibly stressed. Concerned, I inquired about the cause. He confided in me that a client had backed out of a commitment, leaving him in a bind. The seller, desperate to offload the property, required him to pay a token amount to buy some time to find a new purchaser. Seeing his distress, I asked about the amount needed. It amounted to about 2 million, with the assurance that the deal would yield profits.

My sole intention was to assist him. I reached out to my parents, explaining that a friend was in dire need of financial help and would repay us within 15 days.My father sent me the money, and I handed it over to my friend. Witnessing the relief and gratitude on his face brought me immense satisfaction. He thanked me profusely, promising to repay the amount within the stipulated 15 days. With the funds in hand, he approached the seller, requesting a two-week extension.

Soon after, he requested a week off from university. Concerned about his well-being, I reached out to check on him. Despite his initial happiness, I sensed he wasn't in good shape when I handed over the money. Days passed, yet he didn't answer my calls. I felt like the ground was slipping from under me. Fear gripped me as I grappled with the uncertainty.
Amidst the turmoil, my friends' taunts echoed in my mind: "We warned you about him. He seems like a fraud. You're risking everything." The weight of their words compounded my anxiety. I dreaded facing my parents, knowing they would impose restrictions and consequences. Choosing to bear the burden alone, I resolved to navigate the situation on my own.

After 3 days I went to my room after my classes. After taking much pain I finally decided to talk to my parents I decided to call him before. Sweated me with no hope take my phone dial his number and make a call “Call Connected” to him and he picked I talked to him he said he was busy regards this deal and he finds a purchaser. He said he was busy with the documentation he will come tomorrow after the transfer.

The feeling is sighed the day after he comes to tell me the whole story that how he work hard for this deal and why was not coming to university. He told me that he earned 1 million he give me my 2 million and shared half of the profit half million. I was doing the favor of him compassionately and also I was considering it as interest but he said it is profit.
