How to farm Airdrops..... Keys to being profitable and efficient.

Airdrops are arguably becoming the biggest meta of the coming year in Crypto. Millionaires will be made from virtually nothing and there's no reason you shouldn't be among them.

Build Liquidity

It is important to come into airdrop farming with a game plan and this starts with looking at your liquidity(how much capital you have to play with). While it is true you don't need liquid capital to farm some drops, I would argue that the best and biggest require at least some capital for gas fees etc..
If I were starting out now with next to no capital I would look for as many free to earn drops as possible and focus on ones expecting to drop the soonest. The sooner you get a few drops, even if they aren't much, the sooner you'll have liquidity to farm bigger drops. Most free to earn drops involve social media tasks and the farmer essentially marketing the project in return for a token drop upon TGE(token generation event).

Stay in the loop

I cannot stress how important it is to be active in at least a few airdrop alpha groups. This will allow you to come across a lot more drops without having to do all the time consuming research yourself. Two sets of eyes are better than one as they say, so imagine how much better having thousands is?
Even if you don't have liquidity to farm certain things be sure to follow all projects you think are going to be big, you never know when they might drop some alpha that allows you to score a minimum allocation by achieving some other criteria.

Consistency

Form daily habits and make checklists to ensure you are getting everything done each day. If needed you can rotate projects out and do things every other day but it is important to be consistent in your activity. Taking notes and making checklists will also help with efficiency and is highly recommended.

Passive drops

It seems a lot of projects are going this route. It essentially involves you staking or lending/borrowing tokens for periods of time. The airdrop allocation is usually determined by how much and for how long. These can be useful if you have extra liquidity laying around as you wont have to commit much time daily and can focus on farming other more time consuming drops.

VPN

This is only essential to farmers in certain geographical regions but its good to have no matter what. Invest in a dedicated VPN and/or proxy server. Trust me, it does not feel good missing a drop because of where you live.

Conclusion

While a lot of drops are set to happen the next few months I do believe many more will happen this cycle. Remember it can take months to years for some drops so be patient and try to categorize drops by when you think they will happen and farm accordingly. Nothing is promised but follow some of these steps and you will have a profitable airdrop under your belt in no time!!
