A victim lost $19K after copying a fake address from CEX history. This trick is called address poisoning: attackers send a dust transfer from a lookalike wallet, it lands in history, and the user reuses it by mistake.
End result: funds gone. Always double-check addresses because one slip can be very expensive.

Of the 2811 ransomware cases investigated, adversaries used AI 80.8% of the time in their attacks. Organized threat agents like LockBit, RansomHub, Akira, ALPHV/BlackCat, and BlackBasta showed a prominent use of AI to pursue their ransomware ambitions.
