I've received a message saying my wallet address already exists. What do I do?
Firstly, ensure that you are using Google Chrome on web, not mobile. Next, perform a hard reset by hitting CRTL+F5. Clearing your cache is also a method that works for many users. This error may appear if you have used a different wallet (Metamask wallet or DOP wallet) or X account.

I didn't receive SepoliaETH or DOP tokens. What should I do?
Give it a few moments; busy networks can cause delays. The transaction will display in MetaMask when complete.

It seems I did not receive any asset tokens in the Claim Assets step.
Refresh the page or manually claim tokens by clicking "Claim TestNet Assets" in the menu.

I ran out of SepoliaETH. What do I do?

How do I claim my rewards?
Save your DOP account details. Once we have announced the rewards, return to the website to claim it. Follow us here at @dop_org

How many friends do I need to invite to qualify for the Testnet Reward?
To complete the Testnet, you need to invite 3 friends who will join through your unique referral link. Starting from the 4th friend, you will receive a 20% percent bonus for each person who completes all the testnet steps.
