My Journey so Far
An update on testing the hypothesis on one of my blog posts, which is trying out the different methods by which I can lose weight effectively. I thought about updating every day on my food intake, and exercise routine but I couldn't keep up with the weight loss blog. I will give a summary of the past three weeks.
I started by understanding my body type and the food I should avoid during this weight loss journey. I can easy there were fallouts but I retracted my steps. The goal is to get to 65kg and I started this program with 79kg. I think it is up to three weeks or a month and I can say I lost 4kg. My current weight today is 75kg, I feel lighter and less fatigue. It might be so noticeable but it is a great start for me. The goal is to lose 14kg overall and I'm 10kg closer to my goal. So it is okay to say I lost 1kg per week, an healthy way of losing weight.
The method I used was to avoid food to don't sit well with my body type- Endomorph, so I avoided milk, sugar, and carbonated drinks, reducing the quantity of bread. I still ate rice but in small quantities. Then I used a system called portion control, I used a small plate for the small portioned food and I used a small spoon to eat in order to trick my brain that I am eating more.
It worked and I'm used to eating little quantities of food. The time at which you eat this food matters and don't go around munching on snacks be diligent. So I usually miss breakfast and just ate my first meal, of the day by 1 pm and dinner between 5 pm- 7 pm. There is a window break of 4 hours between 1 pm and 5 pm where I don't eat anything. I allow my body to use up all the food I gave it. No snacking.
