The highly anticipated Final Phase Land Sale for the blockchain MMORPG RavenQuest begins on December 8th at 9 PM CET. This marks the last chance for players to secure one of the remaining 1,535 plots of land from the total supply of 4,000 across five land sizes.

Sale Overview and Key Details

The sale unfolds in three rounds:

1. GTD Round – Starts at 9 PM CET and lasts 20 minutes.
2. FCFS Round – Follows immediately, also running for 20 minutes.
3. Public Round – Open to everyone after the first two rounds, though availability may be extremely limited.

To increase your chances of securing land, players are encouraged to obtain a FCFS Whitelist. The easiest way to do this is by earning 250 Gold in-game before the 5 PM CET deadline on December 8th. This can be achieved by actively playing RavenQuest and inviting friends to join.

Land Types, Discounts, and Supply

The land sale offers five plot sizes, each with unique pricing and perks. The discounts are available to early buyers:

• Small Land: $114 USDC (5% discount) – 1,050 plots
• Medium Land: $528 USDC (12% discount) – 1,800 plots
• Large Land: $2,550 USDC (15% discount) – 800 plots
• Stronghold: Requires application; $2,550 USDC (18% discount) – 250 plots
• Fort: Requires application; $2,550 USDC (18% discount) – 100 plots

What Makes Land Valuable in RavenQuest?

Land ownership is central to the RavenQuest experience. Each plot is non-instanced and visible in the open world, offering the following benefits:

• Resource Generation: Engage in activities like farming and woodcutting to gather resources.
• Crafting and Trade: Use resources to create Tradepacks, which can be exchanged for Silver Coins or rare materials.
• Housing Customization: Build houses tailored to your land size, with rooms offering gameplay advantages like bonus XP or stat boosts.
• Perk Rarity: Lands come with one of six randomly assigned perk rarities, which will be revealed a month before the game’s global launch.
• Token Share: Landowners receive a share of 25.25% of the $QUEST total supply.

Timing Is Crucial

Given that 2,465 plots were sold in September, availability in this sale will be competitive. Players keen to become landowners are urged to prepare early by securing whitelists and familiarizing themselves with the purchasing process.
