Leader
What does leadership power entail?
Leaders need to have the ability to sway their followers' actions and attitudes, according to Hughes (2012) who described power as such. The capacity increases as the power does. Following is a further breakdown of power:
A person with exceptional knowledge can bring someone to their knees. Expert power is knowledge-based.
Referent power is derived from relationships with subordinates and allows a person to have a persuasive impact over followers in order to alter their behaviour..

Legitimate authority - This relates to organisational position. A CEO can set guidelines and rules that staff members must adhere to.
Reward power: A leader who has command over the resources they want will have this power and draw others to their cause.
Coercive authority is the ability to punish followers negatively or with punishments.
A leadership:- When a leader, followers, and situation come together at an intersection with interaction, leadership is established. A leader's intelligence, abilities, personality, experience, etc., all play a role in this. Mentors, abilities, personality traits, amount of motivation, etc. all shape followers. The environment in which leadership took place is uncertain and confusing; it is influenced by political, economic, social, and legal considerations, etc. There are numerous linked dimensions and factors that go beyond the scope of this essay. But hopefully the turning moment is the first step in learning about leadership.
