the founding of the Ottoman Empire was the result of a series of events led by Osman Gazi, the founder of the Ottoman Principality. Here is the basic information about the foundation of the Ottoman Empire:

Leadership of Osman Gazi (1299-1326): The foundations of the Ottoman Empire were laid with the Ottoman Principality under the leadership of Osman Gazi. Osman Gazi expanded the lands he inherited from his father, Ertuğrul Bey, and gained land, especially within the borders of the Byzantine Empire.

Battle of Bapheus (1302): The expansion of the Ottoman Principality accelerated with the victory over the Byzantine Empire at the Battle of Bapheus in 1302. This victory increased the Ottomans' power in the region.

Conquest of Bursa (1326): After the death of Osman Gazi, his son Orhan Gazi conquered Bursa in 1326 and moved the capital of the Ottomans there. The conquest of Bursa led to the Ottoman Empire gaining an institutional structure and becoming even stronger in Anatolia.

Orhan Gazi Period (1326-1359): During Orhan Gazi's period, the Ottoman Empire expanded its borders and moved into Rumelia. During this period, the Ottomans engaged in various struggles with the Byzantine Empire.

Treaty of Çimpe Castle (1352): The Ottomans made peace with the Byzantine Empire by making an agreement determining its borders with the Treaty of Çimpe Castle.

Period of Murad I (1362-1389): After the death of Orhan Gazi, his son Murad I became the head of the Ottoman Empire. During this period, the Ottomans participated in various wars with their Christian allies, one of which was the Battle of Kosovo (1389).

The establishment of the Ottoman Empire was shaped by this chain of events over time and the efforts of the leaders. However, there may be different opinions among historians about exactly which event will be considered the "founding" moment of the Ottoman Empire.
