If you've been here before, reminder, this changes nothing
Bitcoin hit a new ATH, for the first time above $70,000, briefly, before crashing (slightly) again.
This'll happen again. And again. And again. And if you've been around for longer than five minutes, you already know this.
It'll go over $70k again. And it'll keep on going, all the way up to $80k, or $90k, or $100k. Or whatever.
And then it'll crash again. And then it'll feel like it's never gonna go back up again.
And people will be saying "I told you, it's just a bubble".
And then it'll go up again. And people will be asking, "is it too late to buy?".
Rinse and repeat.
We've seen slightly different versions of this movie a million times before. And we'll see it a million times in the future.
Where is BTC gonna go? No one knows. Literally anything is possible.
Bitcoin cannot be killed by institutions, this is probably the only thing I can confidently say.
But there's always a Black Swan event, an unknown unknown, that can happen and kill it.
Or, conversely, it can easily go to $1 million, or $5 million or $500 million.
There's no reason why it can't.
But remember, it has always been and, for the foreseeable future at least, always will be, a cycle.
