Peace and the faces of war This statement was made after the US leader allowed Ukraine to attack targets inside Russia with weapons supplied by the West. According to him, the weapons provided by the United States are to strike "just across the border", from where Ukraine is under significant fire due to the conventional weapons used by Russia to attack.

In addition, the White House boss affirmed that the United States and the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) will not turn their backs on the crisis in Ukraine. Given that democracy is now in danger more than at any time since World War II, he emphasized: "Make no mistake, we will not bow our heads,... that is simply unimaginable. If we do... the whole of Europe will be threatened."

US President Biden affirmed that Ukraine must not use US weapons to attack Moscow

US President Joe Biden insisted that the Ukrainian military must not use the weapons that Washington sent to Kiev to attack Moscow or the Kremlin head-on.

Speaking to ABC News on June 6, US President Joe Biden firmly said that Ukraine must not use weapons funded by Washington to attack Moscow or the Kremlin.

"Ukraine is only allowed to use the weapons that we send to Ukraine to attack up to 321 kilometers deep in Russian territory, as well as not to attack the capital Moscow and the Kremlin," Biden said.

Russian media said that the area where Ukraine could attack with weapons received from Washington that President Biden mentioned in the above speech is the Belgorod region, which borders the Kharkov region of Ukraine.

In the same interview, an ABC News reporter asked the US president about Russian President Vladimir Putin's comments that the West's sending long-range weapons to Ukraine was a move that marked the country's entry into war with Moscow.
