Basic Skincare
To keep your skin healthy and bright, there is a series of basic skincare that you need to do regularly. Starting from facial cleansing soap to facial protectors.
Having healthy, smooth and shining facial skin is actually not difficult. No need for complicated treatment, you only need to do basic skincare regularly. Basic skincare for beginners involves using the most basic products to maintain health while meeting the skin's nutritional needs. However, you need to do it in the right order.
At least basic skincare consists of 3 simple steps, namely cleaning, caring for and moisturizing. So, here is a basic skincare series to get healthy skin:
1. Facial Cleanser
Cleaning your face with special facial cleansing soap is the first series of facial care. Its function is to clean dirt and excess oil that can clog pores, especially after activities all day. However, be careful in choosing facial cleansing products. The reason is, quite a few people choose cleaning products that are too harsh, thereby damaging their skin's natural protective barrier. So, choose the best formula that can gently cleanse your facial skin without removing natural oils. Also choose a facial cleanser that suits your skin type.
2. Moisturizer
Next, the basic skincare that you shouldn't miss is facial moisturizer. This product can keep your skin soft and hydrated, and help strengthen its barrier. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, choose a lighter moisturizer, such as a gel that can absorb quickly. However, if your skin is dry, try a thicker formula, such as a cream. Whatever your skin type, make sure you use moisturizer during the day and night to keep your skin healthy. For those with sensitive skin, you can find out what skincare you should not use here: "These are the skincare ingredients for sensitive skin that need to be avoided".
3. Sunscreen
For a basic morning skincare routine, sunscreen is a product that you shouldn't miss. The reason is, sunlight is the number one cause of skin aging prematurely. Not only that, UV rays can also burn your skin, and increase the risk of skin cancer. So, make sure to use sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30 before doing activities outside the home.
