A Painter !
One day that painter made a very beautiful picture and put it at the intersection in the middle of the city and wrote below that whoever finds any flaw in this picture should mark it there.
When the painter went back there in the evening and saw the picture. He was stunned because his entire image was marred by scars.
He felt very sad to see all this.
He could not understand what to do now. He was sitting sad.
Just then a friend of the painter passed by.
His friend asked, “Friend, what happened, why are you sitting so sad?”
Then the painter told the whole incident to his friend.
Then the friend said, “Do one thing tomorrow, make another picture and write on it that whoever finds any flaw in this picture, should correct it.”
The next day the painter did the same.
That evening, when he saw his photograph, he saw that no one had done anything on the photograph, the photograph was the same as before.
Now the painter had understood the way of the world. He came to know that “it is easy to find fault, to criticize, to speak ill of others, but it is very difficult to remove those faults.”
Friends, we should not waste our energy in criticizing others or finding faults in them. Use your energy in creative work.
If you have to point out shortcomings, then point out your shortcomings and try to remove them.
Small thinking gives rise to doubt and big thinking gives rise to solution.
