Introduction to BULB Lecture 1
(If you're reading this, you've already successfully signed up for Bulb, so let's get past that stage.)
1- How do you write articles where you can earn more points?
By writing an article on Bulb, you spend 30 energy. But in return for this energy, you can earn hundreds of points. Moreover, the most basic and enjoyable way to score points on Bulb is to write articles. However, not every article earns points in the same way. When you publish an article, it becomes the starting score. This score increases with the comments and emojis you receive. So how can we increase our base score?
- You should make use of visual elements. Nobody likes straight text. While writing an article, you can make your article more vivid by uploading png and jpeg images from the 5th section above from the right. This will also increase your score.
- You should write longer posts. The more effort and words, the more points. While doing this, try not to spam or write gibberish. The Bulb team uses an artificial intelligence that moderates the articles written. I'll add details about that later.
- Divide your writing into sections and use headings. When you click on the "Normal" section at the top left, you will see Headers. Writing the titles with larger and bold fonts will also increase the base score of your article. It will help you write more attentive and high-quality articles.
- Don't steal content. They can easily figure this out and ban your account. Write as original and different as possible. It's definitely a bad idea to copy and paste posts you find on Twitter or the internet.
- Enrich your writing by using links. You can add a link to a Youtube video related to the topic of your article.
- You can produce content on any topic you can think of. You don't need to limit yourself to crypto. Write whatever you want to write. It just needs to be understandable, free of profanity and of high quality.
2- Comment
It's not enough to just write an article. By commenting, you spend 5 energy, but you earn 10 points. Commenting is one of the most effective ways to score points. Because when you spend 30 energy on the article, if you want to score points more effectively than the comment, you need to collect at least 60 points from your article. This may not always be possible. You have a lot of work to do or don't have a quality article idea in mind. That's why you should write comments to earn 2 times as many points as your energies. So what should we pay attention to when commenting?
- Don't spam. Don't write the same words at the bottom of all articles. This can result in various sanctions, from a point penalty to a ban.
- Actually read the article you want to comment on. Be sure to open the article quickly, comment in 2 seconds and exit, it is noticeable. Spend some time in the article and make your comment later.
- Don't open random articles in a row and comment quickly. Wait for a while after commenting on an article. You have 24 hours to expend your energies. Make good use of it.
3- Using emoji and Read emoticons
You can give Read, Wow and Meh reactions to the end of the articles. Since it is the most effortless form of interaction, it is an inefficient task to score points. Personally, I only use them for my weekly challenge missions. (I'll get to the challenge issue in a moment.)
In general, the rules are considered the same as the Commenting rules. I would say use this feature calmly without spamming.
4- Weekly Challenge
If you click on your profile and click on Challenges to the right of the Published section, you will see that there are tasks that you need to complete on a weekly basis. As you complete these tasks, you will receive reward points as much as it is written against.
There are 7 missions. So what are these tasks?
Task 1: Comment on 5 articles with a Great rating or better.
Yes, the articles receive ratings such as Improving Not Bad, Good Great Brilliant in themselves.
To complete this task, you should comment on articles with high scores and engagement.
Task 2: Throw a Wow or Meh emoji at 5 articles. Read not. Wow or Meh. The choice is yours.
Task 3: Throw a Read emoji at 5 articles.
Task 4: Open an article you have written. When the article is finished, there is a share icon next to the Mint button at the bottom right. From there, generate a share link for your article in exchange for 10 energies. Then throw this link to your friends. If 3 people read your article with this link, you will have completed the task.
Task 5: Register 1 friend on Bulb with your referral link. You can refer 3 people a week.
Task 6: Write an essay with a rating of Great or better. If you pay attention to what I mentioned above and make an effort, you can easily achieve this.
Mission 7: If you complete all the tasks, task 7 will also be completed and you will earn bonus points.
5- Referral Link
If you click on your profile picture at the top right of the homepage, you will see the Refer and Share section at the bottom of the menu that opens.
You can copy your referral link by clicking on the section that says Invite now and invite people to Bulb. You can invite a maximum of 3 people per week. You can earn up to 1000 points per person with referral rewards, but the person you invite must complete 3 missions.
These are: giving a Read reaction, giving a Wow or Meh reaction, and commenting on any article. He has 24 hours after registering with your link to complete them. If your friend completes all 3 tasks within 24 hours, you will earn Bulb tokens. If he doesn't complete it, you can't win, but you can still complete the invite 1 person quest required for the weekly challenge.
For now, I have roughly explained what needs to be done to score points in Bulb. I will write the rest in the coming days. I hope this article was useful to you. Please don't forget to support me with comments and emojis. See you later...
