Innovation, creativity, utility, and cuteness, that’s Morse in a nutshell. If you’ve been keeping up with my posts about Mitosis, you probably already know about Morse, and maybe you even own one! Mitosis ran a 10-week campaign to give away Morse for free. Now, Morse is out in the wild with a floor price of $426 and an all-time high of $1337 based on Gecko Terminal. Mitosis has already rewarded their community with thousands of dollars, and this is before their incentivized testnet begin around Q3. That’s what I call putting the community first! What is Morse?

Morse is a DN404-based NFT. DN404 is a token standard transformed from ERC-404 to provide enhanced efficiency, interoperability, and functionality. ERC-404 token standard that merges the features of ERC20 (used for fungible tokens, like cryptocurrencies) and ERC721 (used for non-fungible tokens, or NFTs).
To keep it simple, 1 $Morse = 1 Morse NFT. First, you need to collect DN404 $MORSE tokens to mint a Morse PFP NFT. Once your $MORSE balance hits 1, the Morse NFT will be automatically minted. But if your balance drops below 1 $MORSE, the minted NFT will be burned. There will be a total of 10,000 Morse NFTs on the Ethereum Network.

Morse Utility

Besides being an adorable PFP NFT, Morse has other utilities. The Mitosis team recently revealed that owning at least one Morse gives you a x1.3 point boost on the Mitosis Expedition Mainnet. You’ll also get access to a special Discord channel for Morse holders called Morse Trainer. As part of the Mitosis ecosystem, Morse will have more utilities in the future. It’s also very likely that Morse holders will get multipliers or additional allocations for Mitosis governance tokens.

Currently based on Gecko Terminal, Morse is priced at $426, with an all-time high of $1,337. The current FDV is $4.27M, which seems pretty undervalued.
