The Avalanche Foundation Launches Ambassador DAO to Usher in the Next Wave of Users

Today, the Avalanche Foundation launched the beta of the Avalanche Ambassador DAO, a new group of contributors promoting Avalanche. Ambassadors will help amplify the Avalanche Network and onboard the next generation of Avalanche users. Program participants will come from diverse backgrounds and world regions. All will have the opportunity to join the DAO, attend events, and grow their own platforms and careers as they help to grow the Avalanche network.

The purpose of the Avalanche Ambassador DAO is to empower Avalanche community members to build and run one of the biggest DAOs and ambassador programs in Web3. Applications to join are now open.

The Avalanche Ambassador DAO is not only a tight-knit community, but a path forward for people who are passionate about Web3, want to do more to further its adoption, and hope to take a leap toward a Web3 career. As an Avalanche Ambassador, you’ll:

Create cool and engaging content online
Integrate Avalanche into universities
Grow your rank and status; grow by contributing to the DAO
Adopt a cadence of participation and engagement that suits your schedule
Represent Avalanche and advocate for the Avalanche ecosystem

Joining the Ambassador DAO comes with many benefits, which increase as you rank up through the Ambassador tiers.

Ambassadors will gain valuable experience at the Web3 forefront. Often, it may seem difficult to know where to start to obtain meaningful Web3 experience, but becoming an Avalanche Ambassador provides a sleeves-rolled, hands-on experience for building your resume and future career opportunities. With acceptance into the DAO, you can tout the title “Avalanche Ambassador” on your LinkedIn,Twitter, resume, and more.

All active ambassadors will receive a free ticket to Avalanche Summit III. As you progress through the ranks, you will receive more exclusive invitations.

One of the primary goals of the Avalanche Ambassador DAO is to position ambassadors to grow both personally and professionally. This includes through Web3 networking events both in and outside of the Avalanche ecosystem. We want to empower the Avalanche community to help build and run one of the biggest DAOs and ambassador programs in Web3.

Web3 works in its own unique way. Getting an inside look at the latest happenings within Avalanche will also benefit ambassadors, helping them learn what makes the industry’s wheels turn. Ambassadors will collaborate with the Ava Labs team, gain whitelist opportunities, and receive beta access to new apps, features, and other exciting innovations.

Perks also include the opportunity to receive funding to host your own Avalanche events, exclusive paid bounties from Avalanche and ecosystem projects, and of course Avalanche Swag.

Panel of 5 overseeing the program
