Some Promises Are Lies
Good Morning Bulb Family!
Greetings, everyone!
Introduction
Hello family. I hope everyone is doing well. I’m doing okay too. Yesterday was tough for me—I lost something very close to my heart. I didn’t eat or take my medicine and stayed in my room, hardly even checking in on your posts. I just needed some time. Slowly, I’m starting to feel better.

Now, I think it's time to delve into today's topic. But before I begin, if you haven't checked out my previous articles, I encourage you to do so.
Young People’s Changing Attitude About Pastime
I slept, and when I woke up, I read all your kind messages. They truly made me feel better. Just 24 hours ago, it felt like my world had been turned upside down, but here I am, holding on. I went outside, fed my other pets, and stood at the spot where Hippi Tiu always waited for me though not today.
This is life; we have to keep moving. People say that time heals all wounds, and that’s true. But I realized something else: some promises are never meant to be kept. Don’t judge my words before looking within. How many promises have you made? Have you kept every single one? Probably not. Some promises are left unfulfilled, and we all know it, yet we rarely acknowledge it.
Take a soldier, for example, who promises to come home soon. I say this with full respect. Soldiers assure their families that they’ll return safely, but some don’t make it back because the battlefield has other plans. How many of us with loved ones in the armed forces can be sure they’ll come home? We know they serve a noble purpose, protecting the nation, but the promise of their safe return remains uncertain. That’s a painful truth.
Or a father who promises to buy toys for his children but struggles financially. At the end of the month, the toys stay on the shelves. His children understand he tried his best, yet the promise remains unkept. This doesn’t make him any less of a parent, but circumstances turn his promise into something unfulfilled.
To the couples out there who promise to be together forever—are you really committed to keeping those vows? Those romantic words said at the beginning, are they still true today? I’ve seen people break promises after marriage or even while still in a relationship. Why make promises if you can’t keep them? These broken promises lead to blame and hurt. Yes, I’ve seen people who honor their promises no matter what. But what about those whose sweet words turn into unkept promises?
We all say, ‘I’ll be with you till the end,’ yet that too is often the biggest lie. No one can guarantee they’ll be here forever. I promised to always be with my pet, but how badly I failed. I wasn’t there in their final moments, which makes me feel like a liar.
That’s life, and it goes on. Some promises are kept, while others aren’t. They remain mysteries, turning into irreversible truths."
This keeps the heartfelt tone while focusing on clarity and flow. Let me know if you need further adjustments.
