March Update

So A lot has changed in a month, it's actually been quite the ride lately ๐
For starters, my move to NC went horribly. To make a long story short, My wife & I were lied to & ultimately had to move back to Michigan within a month. I also could not find a decent paying job in NC, the few weeks I was there I had plenty of interviews, however i was being offered about 40-50% less per hr with any job I received. It was depressing & ultimately heading back was the only thing that I saw fixing the situation. Glad to be back though, I hated NC & will probably never return lol.
Unfortunately my plans on DESO have completely died. This is for a number of reasons. The first being that my $FOCUS reservation is quite literally non refundable & I've lost control of the $. A verified member of their core reached back to me & their only resolution was for me to burn my tokens to recieve a refund, not gonna happen lol. I expected someone to fix the error from their end, but that was too much to expect I guess. I've given up on getting my $ back anytime soon. Pair that with dying user activity, increased bot activity (were talking thousands of bot accounts using AI prompts everyday) & no way to trust a core team that has had 2 years to fix their reputation, I have realized this is not a good place to think of long term growth with my career as an artist. It has left me somewhat bitter & I've no longer the patience to wait for professionalism from their team.
I've closed the project & DAO on $DESO & I'm currently rebuilding it on Opensea & re-writing my WhitePaper. It is immensely frustrating when you put 2 years of work into creating artwork with utility & building a community only to realize you picked a bad place to conduct business.
I have so far minted 78 designs on OpenSea with intentions of opening up sales once I've minted 200 designs in total. I plan to create 4000 designs in total & commit years to $NomadLands.
I still believe in my work & I can find new ways to utilize the polygon blockchain to offer incentives to my community & NFT Holders. I will be exploring different dapps within the polygon ecosystem to find ways to reward my community & bring a socialfi experience to the project.
I have decided not to use discord as a center for communication. I will have a Telegram channel & I will also be using a new polygon native social dapp called friendzone. Despite this months setbacks I am optimistic for the future & what it brings.

I have new clothing designs dropping in my stores soon as well! I have been really busy trying to create the first 200 designs in a timely manner to be ready for a launch in a couple of months but I am going go commit a few days out of the week solely for working on clothing designs ๐ ๐๏ธ 
And with the stress of moving non stop, job hunting & parenting, I have had very little time to sit down and focus on writing. But I'm in the process of finding a new balance & I really want to committ to writing here daily & being a part of BULB's bright future. I've said this before but I intend to write here much more frequently, possibly to share trading insights, share poetry & short stories & continue sharing my journey on the path to becoming a successful artist.
