GOD DID
The Presence
In the stillness of the night,
When the world is hushed and calm,
I feel a presence, a guiding light,
A source of comfort, like a soothing balm.
It's not a voice that I can hear,
Nor a form that I can see,
Yet it fills my heart with a sense of cheer,
A reassuring certainty.
This unseen force, this power divine,
Seems to wrap me in its embrace,
Reminding me that I'm not alone, but entwined
In a tapestry of grace.
The doubts may linger, the questions abound,
But in this moment, I cannot deny
The feeling that something sacred has been found,
A connection to the divine.
Whether you call it God, or by another name,
This presence, this essence, this spark of the sublime,
Ignites a flame within, a faith that cannot be tamed,
A belief that transcends the bounds of time.
In the quiet stillness, I find solace and peace,
Knowing that I am held in the palm of a higher hand.
This divine companion, whose love will never cease,
Is the anchor that helps me understand.
