Tears Are Temporary.

Inspired by Eminem's song "Temporary"

In the stillness of the night, where shadows softly dance,
A tear escapes the corner of an eye, as if by chance.
It slides upon the cheek, a whisper in the dark,
A fleeting moment of sorrow, a tiny, glistening spark.

The heart, heavy with burdens, feels the weight of the world,
As emotions twist and tangle, like a banner unfurled.
But as the tear falls downward, it speaks a silent plea,
A message to the soul, that soon it will be free.

For tears are only echoes of the pain we hold inside,
A testament to feelings we often choose to hide.
They flow like rivers bending, carving through the stone,
But just as water passes, so too will we be shown:

That tears are temporary, like clouds upon the sky,
They gather in their fullness, then swiftly pass us by.
No storm can rage forever, no sorrow can remain,
For after every downpour, comes sunlight after rain.

A tear is but a raindrop, a momentary fall,
It dances in the daylight, but it cannot last at all.
For once it meets the earth, absorbed by thirsty ground,
It nourishes the roots below, where life and love are found.

When grief envelops tightly, and the world feels cold and grey,
Remember that each tear you shed is just a passing day.
The sun will rise tomorrow, bringing warmth to chase the night,
And in its golden rays, you’ll find your strength, your light.

Each tear is a reminder, of the battles you have fought,
Of all the times you stumbled, and all the lessons taught.
They are the silver thread that weaves through life’s great loom,
A testament to courage, that blossoms yet in bloom.

So let your tears fall freely, do not be ashamed,
For they are part of healing, a heart that once was maimed.
They speak of love and longing, of dreams that once were lost,
But in their fleeting journey, they carry not the cost.

For tears are but the rainfall, in the garden of the soul,
They cleanse away the sorrow, making room to grow whole.
And in the place of heartache, where once despair was sown,
A field of hope will flourish, where flowers have now grown.

Do not fear the teardrop, it carries truth profound,
In every salty droplet, a seed of joy is found.
For when the tears have fallen, and the skies begin to clear,
You'll see the beauty blooming, where once was only fear.

Tears are temporary, like mist upon the dawn,
They vanish with the sunlight, in the early morning song.
And though they speak of sadness, they also speak of grace,
For after every tear, a smile finds its place.

The heart, resilient and strong, will mend its broken seams,
As time, the gentle healer, brings comfort in our dreams.
Each tear is a reminder, of the strength we hold inside,
A testament to the human soul, where love and hope reside.

So when you find yourself in darkness, where tears begin to flow,
Remember that this too shall pass, and soon the light will show.
The dawn will break the longest night, the sun will chase the grey,
For tears are only temporary, and joy will find its way.

Each droplet tells a story, of love, of loss, of life,
Of moments filled with tenderness, and those of bitter strife.
But as they fall, they wash away the pain that grips so tight,
And leave behind a canvas, waiting for the light.

In every tear, a rainbow, in every sorrow, hope,
For life is full of seasons, and we must learn to cope.
The winter may be harsh and long, but spring will come anew,
And in its bloom, we’ll find the strength to start our journey through.

Tears are like the raindrops, that feed the growing seed,
They nourish us in darkness, in times of deepest need.
But just as rain gives way to sun, and night gives way to day,
So too will tears give way to joy, as grief will fade away.

For tears are temporary, they do not last for long,
They’re but a fleeting moment, in life’s enduring song.
And when the last tear falls, and the storm has passed you by,
You’ll find the sun is shining, brightening up the sky.

So let the tears fall freely, they cleanse the heart and soul,
They make way for the healing, that will once more make you whole.
And when the tears are gone, and the pain begins to fade,
You’ll find that you are stronger, for the journey you have made.

For tears are only temporary, a passage through the storm,
They’re the way that we find comfort, the way that we keep warm.
But once the storm has ended, and the skies begin to clear,
You’ll find that you are standing, with no more need to fear.

So remember in the darkest times, when tears begin to fall,
That they are but a moment, a whisper, that is all.
And soon the tears will dry, and the pain will slip away,
For tears are only temporary, and joy will find its way.

This poem expresses the idea that while tears and sorrow may feel overwhelming, they are temporary and pave the way for healing, growth, and eventually, joy. The imagery of nature, light, and cycles of life serves as a metaphor for the transient nature of pain and the enduring strength of the human spirit.
