Early Morning Dizziness
You find yourself stumbling to the restroom with dizziness and a sleepy feeling instead of waking up rested and eager to take on the world. Even while taking a shower, you could experience dizziness and need a moment to collect your thoughts.
What happens when you wake up feeling dizzy? And can it be eliminated in any way?
Dizziness may be brought on by a number of different factors, such as medicine, an underlying medical condition, or a long night of excessive fun. However, in general, morning grogginess is a common occurrence that generally doesn't warrant any concern.
The quick change in balance that occurs as your body changes from a lying to a standing position may be the cause of your morning dizziness.
When the fluid in your inner ear changes, such when changing positions quickly, dizziness may result. If you have a cold or sinus problems, you can find that your dizziness gets worse because your sinuses, which are connected to the inner ear, are swollen and filled with extra fluid.
