Like every day, today I have appeared before you with another new post. Today I will share a recipe post with you. As many of you know, I sometimes make different recipes at home. But most of the time I make shrimp fish and hilsa fish recipes. Because these two fish are very dear to me. However, 2/3 days ago I went to my father-in-law's house. My house is at most 7/8 minutes from in-laws house. So you can come home whenever you want. Yesterday when my mother-in-law said, she bought a duck from a man. Then I said that I will make Jhal Jhal recipe of duck meat . And my husband will help me.



I love making duck recipes. Because when I was in South Korea, duck meat recipe was often eaten there. Because it is very cold in South Korea. And the fun of eating duck meat during severe winter is different. But when I was making the duck recipe there, I used both the gas stove and the rice cooker. Because I think duck meat tastes better when cooked this way. Anyway, yesterday too I made the duck meat recipe in the same way. The recipe was really delicious. Duck Meat Jhal Jhal Recipe 



Materials Amount

duck meat 700 grams

onion 2 pics

Chilli 2 pics

meat seasoning amount like

Turmeric powder amount like

Chilli powder amount like

cumin powder amount like

Ginger garlic batter amount like

salt amount like

Soybean oil amount like



Main ingredients

After my wife cut the duck meat, I seasoned it and left it to marinate for an hour. Then I poured soybean oil as required in a pan.

Then I chopped the onion cut earlier.

After the onion turns light brown, add meat masala, turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, salt and cumin powder to grind it.

Grind the spices well and pour them into the rice cooker. Then put the marinated duck meat in the rice cooker and cook it for a while. Then I added enough water with green chillies. Then I covered it with a lid for 15 minutes. Sometimes I will open the lid and shake it a little.
