- 1 package phyllo dough
- 1 cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 bunch fresh spinach, chopped

- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Butter for brushing
INSTRUCTIONS
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the feta cheese, ricotta cheese, chopped spinach, onion, parsley, eggs, olive oil, salt, and pepper until well combined.
- Unroll the phyllo dough and cover it with a damp towel to prevent it from drying out.
