Who's God?
A Poem I dedicate to
God
Who is this God, this unseen force,
This power that guides our mortal course?
A being of infinite love and grace,
Whose presence fills each sacred space.
Some call Him Allah, some call Him Yahweh,
Others know Him as the great I Am.
But by whatever name He's known,
His majesty and might have ever shown.
He is the Creator of all that is,
The Source of life, the Giver of bliss.
In Him we live and move and have our being,
His wondrous works forever seeing.
A God of mercy, a God of might,
Whose ways are higher than human sight.
A God of justice, a God of peace,
Whose love and compassion never cease.
To some He's a mystery, hard to define,
To others, a friend, a companion divine.
But to all who seek Him with humble heart,
He reveals Himself, and never departs.
So who is this God, this eternal One?
The Alpha, Omega, the Risen Son.
The great I Am, the Lord of all,
On Him we depend, to Him we call.
