How to make fried banana
INGREDIENTS:
1 black banana (make it sure that the banana is sweet)
1 teaspoon of sugar
1 egg
6 table spoons of flour
pinch of salt
water
vegetable oil
STEPS / INSTRUCTIONS:
Place the flour in a deep bowl and make a well in the middle of the flour and add the egg, sugar and salt. Add water then whisk vigorously until a smooth batter for coating evenly and not too thin. If too thin, add flour.
Peel bananas and cut in half lengthwise and then cut again with a width of 4 inches. Dip into batter to coat generously.
Heat the oil in a frying pan until hot enough. Place the coated bananas in frying pan and fry gently until it changes into golden brown and crispy. It usually takes 10 until 15 minutes. Then, remove bananas from the oil and drain on paper towels and dry.
Finally, your fried banana is ready to serve.
