Restaurant Taste Thai Soup Recipe
Friends, many of you may know that for several days my daughter and daughter's father are very sick due to fever. Both of them have lost their appetite. The body is very weak. So I thought of making soup for both of them. Because they like the restaurant's Thai soup very much. But I made soup at home thinking that it would be more healthy to eat soup made at home when sick. But I made it in the taste of the restaurant, so that they like to eat it and really enjoyed it when it was made. It was delicious to eat. It was like a restaurant. So I shared the recipe with you. Materials Amount
Chicken breast meat 1 cup
the egg 3
shrimp fish 4
ginger a little
Tomato sauce 1 cup
Red Chili Sauce half cup
soy sauce 1 tablespoon
Cornflower 3 tbsp
Lemon grass half cup
sugar 2 tbsp
salt 2 tsp
lemon two pieces
Green chillies 3
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Chilli powder 1/2 tsp
preparation method
The first three eggs are not broken. Then separate the yolk and white part. I will only use egg yolks in soups. Then add lemon juice in a bowl.
Then the cornflour is not mixed with water and slightly broken towards the head of pepper. It will not get burnt, only the flavor will come.
Then add the egg yolk, shrimp and chicken in a pan. In this case, I have cut the chicken meat thinly.
Then add tomato sauce, chili sauce, red chili powder and sugar.
Then add chopped ginger and salt.
Then add soy sauce and lemon juice.
Then mix the mixture well with the cornflour.
Then put one liter of water in the stove and turn on the stove. Then give lemon swallow.
Then after cooking for 10 minutes add crushed pepper.
Then add pepper powder and cook for few more minutes.
After a while, when the broth thickened, it became my restaurant's Thai soup.
Now grow it in a bowl and eat it hot. But it was great to eat. You can also try it at home.
