Being in an unhealthy relationship dynamic that we can’t quite identify or figure out, can mess with our mind, emotions and nervous system. But it doesn’t have to. Learning to identify it is the first step towards stopping it. Then comes boundaries and accountable measure.

please travel with your partner. It’s so beneficial to get out of your city, normal routine, and explore new places with your person. Switching up the scenery, making memories, all while growing together together is sometimes is the reset you BOTH to grow the relationship.
I know it can be tempting to help people fast fast forward to the good parts but you have to learn to trust they will arrive there at their own time.
It’s hard to wait for something you know might not happen. But it’s even harder to give up, when you know it’s every thing you want.
