KOY 2.0 is the real McKOY

On the 13th of February 2024, the KOY Network C.E.O Richard Erikodi shared a new community update which comprised of the KOY Version 2.0 features. The new features introduced so far are user-friendly and are expected to put smiles in the faces of the community members.
Let's take a look at the next gen tech features of KOY 2.0 that will help in reshaping the African financial landshape and eliminate barriers in the African financial payment system.
New Blockchain: This new version will come with a fresh blockchain which will offer Blockchain as a Service feature for African business and projects to build their applications on.
Block Producers: Independent Block Producers, Node Operators and Entities nominated by the community will take up the role of managing the blockchain.
KOY Jumuiya DAO's Role expanded: The KOY Jumuiya DAO has been recognised as a vibrant participant in the ecosystem and will now serve as a main point of contact with the network's community. 
Organisational Reorganisation: A broad restructuring of business operations has been implemented. Supervision of the platform will now be done by employees of the organisation. Technical services will now be in-house, and external contractors will not have administrator access to our back-end systems.
Account Restoration: All Antelope Access account owners will be restored on the blockchain and the accounts will be accessed once the original keys are provided. The owners are advised to keep the keys safe.
Account Ownership and Control: Account owners will still use the same owner keys and also have full control over their tokens.
With this new features, the vision of eradicating challenges that we face in Africa on a daily basis in our financial payment system can be achieved.
