Physical Gold - Investing in physical gold is the most loved and trusted form of investment and also has been carried out by our four grandfathers as well because it is considered no matter what , gold prices will always go higher in the coming future so this thinking makes the gold most trusted and most valued investment.  Now a days with the passage of time the craze of buying physical gold has gone slightly down . This is because in the development of technology and providing ease of buying digital gold from your phone anytime anywhere. 

Let me make you explain Why gold bonds are better than physical gold ? 
1. Whenever we sell the physical gold capital gain arises whether it is short term or long term . However in case of gold bonds if the investor holds the gold bonds for a period of more than 8yrs there is no long term capital gain on the sale of gold bonds. But if the investor sell after 5yrs there is a long term capital gain on gold bonds too. Sooi prefer holding gold bonds for 8yrs because its value will always increase and u can save taxes as well.
