It is known that Atatürk gave his movable and immovable properties through donations and wills. Atatürk donated his farms to the Treasury and other movable and immovable properties to the Republican People's Party. One of the aims of this study is to determine how the donations to the Treasury and the Republican People's Party were realized and what kind of results they caused.

Another aim of the study is to find out whether there were any other real estates left in Atatürk's estate after the donation and will, and if so, what happened to these real estates after his death.

The scope of the study is limited to the purpose and how Atatürk created the movable and immovable properties he owned, the process of their donation, and if there are any properties that have been passed on to his heirs, their examination.

Following the historical development, first the establishment of Türkiye İş Bank and the farms, Atatürk's donation of his farms, its repercussions and consequences, and then Atatürk's will are analyzed. Finally, the issue of Atatürk's real estates left behind after his death was investigated.

While analyzing this process, the official sources such as archives, land registry records and the minutes of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey were taken as basis. Then, magazines and newspapers from the period were analyzed. Finally, the works of people who lived through the period were consulted to determine how they personally saw the events.

THE ESTABLISHMENT OF TURKEY IS BANK AND FARMS WITH THE INITIATIVE OF MUSTAFA KEMAL PASHA

Hasan Rıza Bey (Soyak), who served alongside Mustafa Kemal Pasha for many years, and who lastly served as the Secretary General of the Presidency, made explanations about the financial aid sent from India to Mustafa Kemal Pasha's person in order to help him in his arduous struggle, and which was later used to establish the İş Bank of Turkey and farms. Accordingly, 500.000-600.000 liras of the 500.000-600.000 liras of the money was given to the Western Front Command before the Great Offensive for some special expenses that the Finance could not meet. After the victory, around 380.000 liras of this money was returned to Mustafa Kemal Pasha with the decision of the Executive Board of Deputies.

Hasan Rıza Bey states that all of the money was sent to Mustafa Kemal Pasha from India. In the study based on the Presidency Archive and discussed below, it is reported that some of the money was sent to Mustafa Kemal Pasha.

According to information dated January 30, 1920, the Indian Khilafat Committee sent 6,000 British liras (36,300 Turkish liras) on behalf of Mustafa Kemal Pasha and this money was forwarded to Ankara. According to information dated November 16, 1921, 20,000 British liras (131,500 Turkish liras) were sent on behalf of Mustafa Kemal Pasha through London, and it was reported that the sending would continue. The Ottoman Bank forwarded this money to Ankara and asked for clarification on whether the other money to be sent should be kept in Istanbul or sent to Ankara.

In this study, it was stated that the Indian Khilafat Committee continued to provide financial aid and that a total of 106,400 British liras (675,494 Turkish liras) was provided between December 26, 1921 and August 12, 1922, but no information was given as to whom these funds were sent.[2] According to the data in the study, the total amount of financial aid sent by the Indian Khilafat Committee was 843,294 Turkish liras. This information brings clarity to the amount that Hasan Rıza Bey said he explained as approximate.
