Consistency
It's not that we are lazy or that we deliberately refuse to be productive, that's not it. When we take up a task or work, the first day, 2nd and third, it goes well. But when it gets to the fourth day, we begin to lose the excitement and the energy to continue is not there any longer, this is where consistency comes in. Consistency doesn't mean you have to be happy or excited about your work every day nor does it mean you must have an enthusiastic approach to things all the time. Consistency means showing up and putting in the work regardless of how you feel that day. Consistency is finding a reason to show up even though you are not particularly feeling enthusiastic. It means picking yourself up each and every single day despite how hard it must be.
It also entails trying your best to find a little joy in what you do regardless of how you are feeling.
