OmeletteSwap is a decentralized exchange (DEX) that has its own utility token called OMLT. OMLT is issued on the OmChain platform and can be seamlessly bridged and exchanged with BSC or ETH-based assets, as well as other assets on public chains. The total supply of OMLT is 250,000,000 tokens. The token allocation strategy is divided into several categories: Liquidity, Farm Incentives, Seed Round, Private Round, Airdrop, Marketing, Treasury, and Team. Let’s discuss each category in more detail:
A) Liquidity (15%):
Fifteen percent of the total supply will be allocated for liquidity purposes and farm incentives. Fifty percent of the tokens will be unlocked at TGE (Token Generation Event) and the other 50% will be unlocked three months after TGE.

Nineteen percent of the total supply will be used for farm incentives for various LP pairs. This will give extra OMLT to LP providers, and vesting will be linear for 12 months starting from TGE.
C) Seed Round (10%):
Ten percent of the tokens will be allocated for the seed funding round for VCs. Ten percent of the tokens will be unlocked at TGE, and the remaining 90% will be linearly vested for 12 months.
D) Private Round (10%):
Ten percent of the tokens will be allocated for the private funding round for the early community. Twenty percent of the tokens will be unlocked at TGE, and the remaining 80% will be linearly vested for 12 months.
E) Airdrop (1%):
One percent of the total supply will be allocated for the airdrop. The airdrop amount will be 1% of the total supply. Fifty percent of the tokens will be unlocked after TGE, and the remaining 50% will be unlocked three months later from the first drop. The details of the airdrop will be announced separately.
F) Marketing (10%):
Ten percent of the tokens will be allocated for marketing purposes. Vesting will be linear for 12 months.
G) Treasury (20%):
Twenty percent of the tokens will be allocated for the treasury, which will be used for all platform expenses such as audit reports, server expenses, etc. Twenty percent of the tokens will be unlocked at TGE, and the remaining will be linearly vested for 12 months.
H) Team (15%):
Fifteen percent of the tokens will be allocated for the team and advisors. The team tokens will be locked for 6 months after TGE, and then there will be a 12-month linear vesting period.
