Asinerum and his team have developed an open-source Sol paper wallet, which is hosted on GitHub. You can find his codes on the GitHub.
The wallet is developed in such a way that it generates Solana's public key and private key. Plus it allows you to encrypt your SOL wallet with passcode and use their decrypt function to decrypt your wallets.
