SUGAR more dangerous that Fat

Many people say that yogurt and milk are healthy, but that's a lie. Yogurt is healthy that's true! But yogurt that has no flavor and no sugar! If you eat strawberry-flavored yogurt that is processed many times and flavored with strawberries, chocolate, or pineapple it's not healthy because it contains a lot of sugar. If you check the nutritional content of a food for example 20 grams, which means there are 5 teaspoons of sugar in the yogurt per serving. Because 1 teaspoon is 4 grams. So we are lied a lot about healthy food.. we say yogurt is healthy it's not a lie, But flavorless yogurt! Milk is healthy yes that's true but if it's chocolate or strawberry flavored milk it's not healthy! it's high in sugar plus it uses artificial sweeteners and you drink it calmly because you think that it's healthy.

Coca Cola is unhealthy true! but you also drink a drinks labeled Vitamin C when in fact the sugar is really high. there are some vitamin C drinks that are very high in sugar. as you know that sugar is not only in drinks, but is contained in many foods and even staple foods such as rice, so you already drink soft drinks, you already eat unhealthy snacks, plus you later eat foods such as rice, then the sugar will really accumulate. eating rice is fine because carbs are important to energize the body. But not as much as the USDA says (a few years ago the USDA said that we should eat 50% carbs in one meal).

USDA is the Ministry of Agriculture in USA. The USDA says that eating carbs should be 50% of the meal, which is not true because nutritionists say to eat carbs 20% of the meal. Carbo is important, but only 20%. Don't eat too much. it should be noted everything USA does is important! Because what USA does will be copied by all countries in the world.

We think that fat is the worst thing for our body, but it's not. Excessive fat is not good for the body, but this fat is not the most evil. The most dangerous is sugar. Sugar is the most dangerous substance among all the other substances which is put at the nutritional content so that we never see that, how much is the sugar? When we buy packaged foods, we only see how much fat? If you think the fat is low you'll eat happily but you don't see the sugar because it's at the bottom. That shapes our brain to never be aware of the sugar.

Ancel Benjamin Keys, he is a scientist who researched that it turns out that many Americans at that time had heart disease, the results of his research revealed that the cause was because they ate a lot of fat. Is his research correct? The research is right! It's not wrong. But he removed other factors besides fat which made many Americans in the 60s suffer from heart disease. What was it? Sugar and vegetable oil. So at that time a lot of Americans started eating vegetable oil and sugar, that was removed by Ancel Benjamin Keys from his research. so it's as if the sugar factor and also process food had no effect on the heart attack of Americans. So it was only fat that was blamed. That led Ancel Benjamin Keys to come up with a diet that is still used today, called the low-fat diet, which contains more carbs, which contains more sugar.

There was an Englishman named John Yudkin who said that Ancel Benjamin Keys theory was wrong. He said that Ancel theory that fat is the sole source of heart disease was wrong, and finally Ancel group bullied John Yudkin by saying that John Yudkin was an idiot for making conspiracy theories that did not match the reality. This means that John Yudkin is labeled as a conspirator who is hazy and stupid. John Yudkin is said to be a crazy person because he doesn't conform to the norms. I think Ancel Keys knew that this hypothesis was competing with his own, and he didn't want it to succeed.

Diabetes and Obesity are clear examples of the cruelty of sugar on our lives. but that doesn't mean sugar doesn't have any benefits. sugar is good because it can increase energy quickly but the energy produced by sugar doesn't last long, that's why if we eat foods containing high sugar we will easily feel hungry, plus many documentaries say that sugar is addictive 2 levels below nicotine. but I can't say that the documentary is true, you can find out the truth for yourself about it.
