A message for everyone who is having to go through one thing or the other . 

Although I will never personally experience your problems, rest assured that we are all in this together. 
To everyone who has experienced silenced tragedy 
I agree with you, it’s hard, mind blowing and seemingly bleak
Everyone who is silently seated in the back of the room 
I see you while everyone is having fun. 
I am aware of everyvone who sobs when everyone else is asleep. 
I empathize with everyone who is suffering. 
To all of you who have the opportunity of reading this, 
You are not by yourself. 
You are not at blame. 
You are not helpless if you cry. 
You matter. 
You are deserving of love and joy. 
You are capable of doing it. 
You are stunning the way you are on the inside and out.
You have to live, for yourself, your dreams and your future happiness.
