Men secretly want to be worshipped and men should be worshipped. Healthy feminine want to worship their man when they feel safe. We need to worship each other on pedestals. It’s human nature to worship since ancient times.
self sabotage is protection. Uncertainty feels terrifying. We sabotage because we know what the outcome will be, even when it’s not good. There’s comfort in our know familiar.
Never feel guilty if someone says that they are showing up for you as much as they can and you feel like it’s still not enough to fulfill you. You are allowed to decide that something is not adding value to your life, you are allowed to walk away.
I don’t mind triggers. I love seeing where I still lack peace, because I am going to do something healing about it.
