Chicken cooked with papaya

I am starting today's event by wishing everyone good health. I am a foodie and love to eat. If there was no need to eat in the world, then maybe there would not be so much fighting in life. Anyway, when you go to eat, you think about taste and nutrition. Chicken is my family's favorite food, so we try to eat it in a variety of ways. But one thing is not to be said here, if there was no chicken meat, maybe the middle class or poor people could not meet their nutritional needs. However, yesterday I tried cooking chicken with papaya. Let's see the delicious recipe.

♍ Necessary materials ♍

chicken meat : 1 kg
papaya : 500 grams
bay leaft : two : Chop onion : a cup
turmeric powder : a spoon
: Chilli powder : a spoon
Cumin powder : a spoon : garlic paste : a spoon
salt : to taste : Soybean oil : amount like :
Long, cinnamon : cardamom : Garlic cloves : a few

Cooking is an art

First cut the chicken into pieces and wash it well. Here's one thing to say for everyone, you must wash the chicken meat well and wash your hands well after washing the meat.

Now cut off the top layer of the papaya, wash it and chop the onion. Then I prepared other cooking materials.

Now put a pot on the stove and pour enough soybean oil in it. Then I added chopped onions and spices. Now fry it brown.

Then I added turmeric powder, chili powder, cumin powder and salt one by one. Now grind the spices.

At this stage, add the chicken and marinate it for 10 minutes with a little broth.

Now with papaya pieces, I grinded again for some time.

Then I added enough broth and cooked for another fifteen minutes. When the broth became dry, I turned off the stove. Then it's time to serve.

"Taste Description"

If it's really chicken meat, the food is frozen, so it is eaten occasionally to meet the nutritional needs of the family. Today's curry was very tempting.
