In Buddhism, "cause and effect" is used to explain the connection of all things, birth and death, good and bad. As the saying goes, "recruiting the result is the cause, and defeating the result is the result." Everything has a cause and effect, and so does blessing. Blessing is blessing, and retribution is fruit. Blessings and rewards are mutually reinforcing. Only by cultivating blessings first can we obtain blessings. A person who knows how to cultivate blessings must be a person who can form good relationships. For those who don’t know how to cultivate blessings, accumulating blessings is also the beginning of trouble. These four kinds of people are the most blessed, are you among them?

In Buddhism, there is a saying: "Giving the Three Jewels, the blessings and merits will be immeasurable." A person who knows how to give is also a person who knows how to build good relationships and how to cultivate blessings through giving.ᅠIn Buddhism, we can often hear that a certain temple is holding a "Dharma Assembly" or a certain temple is holding a "Buddhist event."ᅠSo what is the purpose of holding Dharma gatherings and Buddhist services?ᅠIt is to give the public an opportunity to cultivate blessings and make good connections.

A person who knows how to give not only knows how to make offerings to the Three Jewels and practice charity extensively.ᅠWe also understand that everyone and everything we meet are opportunities to cultivate blessings. They are also our blessings, and we will try our best to use our blessings to help others cultivate more blessings.

"Buddha, Dharma, and Sangha" are also the Three Jewels of Buddhism.ᅠThose who know how to get close to the Three Jewels are also blessed.ᅠAs the saying goes, "A person who is close to the Three Jewels is a person of great merit and wisdom." If you know how to be close to the Three Jewels, it also means that you understand the meaning of the Three Jewels.ᅠBeing able to always be close to the Three Jewels means that you know how to "use" blessings and how to prevent blessings from being wasted.

Everyone who studies Buddhism knows that taking refuge in the Three Jewels is a special act and is also the first step for those who study Buddhism. So why should we take refuge in the Three Jewels?ᅠWhy is it necessary to "get close to the Three Jewels"?ᅠIt is recorded in the sutras that taking refuge in the Three Jewels and getting close to the Three Jewels can gain four benefits.ᅠ1. Obtain vast merits, 2. Obtain vast joy, 3. Obtain victory and perseverance, 4. Obtain goodness and purity.ᅠThere are four kinds of benefits.ᅠ1. Enough protective gear.ᅠ2. All evil obstacles will gradually become meager and disappear.ᅠ3. To be among the wise, upright and good people.ᅠThe so-called master is one of the Brahma practitioners.ᅠ4. To be loved by the gods who believe in the holy religion.

The Buddha said: "All dharmas are empty, cause and effect are not empty."ᅠA person who firmly believes in cause and effect is also a blessed person.ᅠOn the road to learning Buddhism, everyone knows that cause and effect are not empty, but there are very few people who can truly believe in cause and effect.ᅠAlthough he keeps saying that he believes in cause and effect, all the things he does are contrary to cause and effect.

There is a saying in Buddhism: "Bodhisattvas fear causes, ordinary people fear consequences." What does it mean?ᅠThat is to say, we stupid ordinary people always like to complain when karma appears and bad consequences come.ᅠHowever, if you don't pay attention to cultivating blessings, do random things, and don't know the bad consequences, they all come from bad causes.ᅠBodhisattva is different. In daily life, he observes the precepts and practices without fear of causing any evil causes. Even if karma appears, he can accept it calmly and without fear.ᅠTherefore, a person who truly believes in cause and effect will do everything he says and does in his current life for the sake of destiny, rather than doing evil or enjoying himself.

Living in the mortal world, everyone knows that "nine out of ten things will go wrong as you wish." No one can be proud of everything and be happy every day, but unsatisfactory things will always come one after another, and they will feel that they have been wronged.ᅠBut can getting angry solve the problem?ᅠNo, it will ruin things.ᅠTherefore, we must be able to endure anger and frustration, only in this way can we become a blessed person.

It is recorded in the Buddhist "Hanshan Asks Shide": "There are people in the world who slander me, bully me, insult me, laugh at me, belittle me, despise me, hate me, and lie to me. How to deal with it? Shide said: Just tolerate him and let him , let him, avoid him, be patient with him, respect him, ignore him, wait for a few more years and you can see him."ᅠWhat does the conversation between these two Arhats tell us?ᅠIt also tells the public that one must "bear anger and frustration." Therefore, if you want to be blessed and become a blessed person, you must practice this.

Some people have better conditions than us since they were born, but they suffer from "misfortune" because of their "blessings". They don't know how to cherish blessings or cultivate blessings. They only know how to waste their blessings.ᅠTherefore, blessings and misfortunes always go hand in hand, but if you can cherish blessings, there will often be another result.ᅠThanks for reading and sharing!
