HAVAH and Klaytni have agreed to collaborate in the following ways:

1. HAVAH and Klaytn have entered into a strategic partnership, joining as a partner in the IOK (Ignite On Klaytn) program, where HAVAH will act as the official NFT bridge on Klaytn and future integrated chains.
2. Through a strategic token swap between the two companies, Klaytn will participate as a HIIP (validator) in HAVAH, and HAVAH plans to apply to join the GC of the future integrated chain.
3. HAVAH and Klaytn will cooperate to expand their partnership in various areas such as GameFi, DeFi, NFT, and RWA in the future.
