A New Chapter
Today, many individuals work online, some as freelancers and others as employees of companies that offer positions conducive to the digital nomad lifestyle. This allows a certain amount of freedom and flexibility. However, these models remain within the context of traditional employment. There remains a boss or controlling figure. Furthermore, such an employee relies upon a single entity, or a handful of entities for payment.
Without these entities, an employee cannot receive payment. In other words, there is no personal earning potential. All earnings are the result of an employer issuing compensation. WEB3 destroys this model and empowers participants to receive rewards from multiple inflationary-based models without the approval or need of an employer. In many of these cases, the community helps to direct the flow of inflationary rewards.
This promotes strong communities and a sense of commitment. Participants realize that consistent dedication is the air they breathe and without it, their earnings stagnate and can even become obsolete. Welcome to the world of micro-earning & WEB3! Essentially, activity-based actions unlock micro rewards within the realm of WEB3. A term I refer to as Micro3Mining. An idea that is yet to be realized regarding its potential.
Your Brand & WEB3
As a WEB3 participant, your brand becomes your miner. The strength of your miner is directly linked to the power of your brand. Furthermore, value extraction in WEB3 occurs in multiple zones and expressions simultaneously. It’s like having multiple irons in the fire as opposed to a single focus. Extensive exposure produces more fruit because limitations have been removed. Essentially, Micro3Mining is like an army of ants, they are small in size yet effective due to their numbers.
WEB3 must be embraced as a single entity, at least at this stage. Focusing on a single platform or opportunity is far too limiting at this stage. This is likely to change over time. As projects expand and realize significant adoption, value and earnings will increase. There can be a primary focus, as well as additional exposure. Hive is my primary focus due to several factors:

  • Decentralized
  • Good tokenomics
  • Built for expansion
  • Uncapped potential
  • Layer 2 communities
  • Authentic WEB3 infrastructure
  • Dedicated devs/community

I could go on, but you get the picture, Hive is superior and offers a truly decentralized experience. Yes, there will always be areas of centralization in any decentralized entity. However, at this stage, Hive offers the best experience and opportunity.
INLEO is a good example of Micro3Mining. Movements (interactions) within the platform extract value. Compounded over time, influence and earnings increase. I believe we are at the cusp regarding a SocialFi revival. AVAX’s Arena is about to airdrop its ARENA token. This will coincide with the launch of the token on DEXs and CEXs. HIVE has just broken a long-term downtrend and is set to begin its ascent.

Final Thoughts
Micro “movements” in multiple spaces will revolutionize WEB3. There is still room for long-form content. However, short-form content and “quick” tasks incorporate and attract the masses. This is how WEB3 will eventually accelerate adoption. Content is the foundational aspect. However, multiple micromodels are yet to be introduced. I remain bullish on WEB3 and SocialFi. See you next time!
