Good Morning Bulb Family!

Greetings, everyone!

Introduction

How are you all doing? I hope you're all well. I wanted to share some thoughts with you.
Every day, we meet many people and share parts of our personal lives with them. We discuss serious matters and open up about our feelings. However, sometimes we encounter difficult situations. People can get angry or feel sad because of our actions. This often happens because they start having higher expectations from us. They desire more and demand more, which can become a problem.

The real issue begins when we are unable to meet their expectations. Despite this, we feel the pressure to pretend that nothing is wrong and that we can still fulfill their demands. This can be incredibly challenging and stressful. Misleading people is not the solution. If you can't meet their demands, please speak straightforwardly. It will reduce your anxiety and problems.

Being honest and direct will help you a lot. It will save you time and, most importantly, it will help you maintain balance with the outside world. People will have a clear understanding of you. They will minimize unnecessary gossip and focus on important matters when talking to you.

Some people believe that being straightforward is not a good habit, but in my opinion, being straightforward is perfect. It fosters better understanding and more meaningful communication.

What will we tell our next generation?

Recognize Unnecessary Behavior

You can see many people around you who have different feelings and languages within them. They may want something from you but show you something else instead. Unnecessary behavior is very common among them. Why waste your time with unnecessary actions and pointless conversations when you have enough important things to focus on in your life? If someone wants something from you, they should come to you and express their needs accurately, not mislead you with irrelevant matters.

Be Mindful and Specific

So be mindful of your words. Be specific about your choices. Make people understand that you are someone who speaks exactly what you are capable of delivering. Don’t make promises if you cannot fulfill them. Fake dreams may be sweet and tempting, but in the end, they only cause pain. Can you bear this pain? If you can't, then you have no right to inflict it on others.

The Importance of Straightforward Motivation

I like to motivate people, as you all know. However, motivating someone doesn't mean you have to talk endlessly. You can motivate someone by speaking straightforwardly. Simply describe the importance of what you want to convey. This is very important. Wasting time is not a trait of someone who can truly motivate others.

The Harm of Excessive Talking

Too much talking can be harmful because you never know which words might hurt someone. If your words do hurt someone, it means there is a fault in your ability to motivate others. My personal suggestion is to keep your words in control and always strive to speak directly. Initially, some people may make fun of you, but eventually, they will understand that you are a person of action, not just talk.

Ending Thoughts

So be specific, my friends. I pray for your success. Thank you.

Until we meet again, stay curious, stay connected, and above all, stay true to yourself.
