Ingredients for Chocolate Chickpea Cake Recipe
- 160 grams of dark chocolate (containing 60 percent cocoa)
- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 360 grams boiled chickpeas
- 140 grams of large (fleshed) dates

- 2 eggs
- 3 drops vanilla extract
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
How to Make Chocolate Chickpea Cake Recipe?
- Add boiled chickpeas, pitted Jerusalem dates, cocoa, baking powder, vanilla, 1 glass of hot water and 2 eggs to the blender.
- Melt 80 grams of dark chocolate in a double boiler, add it to the mixture in the blender and set the oven to 180 degrees.
