The words of week 3 '25
Word of the day - Week 3 2025
Each week I try and post a summary of words that have been lingering around in my prayers, meditations, readings, thoughts, interactions, etc. Posting these words helps me to set specific intentions, reflect on different topics, and connect with my inner knowing on a deeper level. I explain what each word meant to me in that specific week. With these posts, I want to encourage others to be more aware of their thoughts and feelings, and to put more intent into their lives by reflecting (and possibly) writing about their experiences. I am hoping the intentional art of writing will be brought to everyone. Writing has changed my life in many different ways. I wish for you the same 🪷
The prompts below the words of the week are meant as writing prompts for you to reflect on relevant concepts in your personal, professional or any other relevant area in your life. Happy writing! ✍🏾

The words of week 3
Value Storing Walls Conditional Archive Notion
The words of the third week of the year were in the light of renewal, questioning old believes, concepts and notions. For this week I have decided to have AI write a story based on the specific meanings dropping in this week. Enjoy the read!
What value do you give to things, situations, interactions, relationships?
Storing things, feelings, thoughts, etc. can never be good on the long run. Purging, cleaning and restarting is needed for growth to occur.
Are you setting and communicating your boundaries? Or are you just pulling up more walls?
Are your relationships, interactions and partnerships conditional? Why or why not? What is your intention in all of them? How do you deal with the situation when you give more than you can get?
Just like you might have a digital archive of things you might need, but don’t use anymore. This is also how you can keep a conscious archive of thoughts, memories, etc. Are you cleaning up what isn’t relevant anymore? What thoughts and feelings am I still carrying around that don’t serve me and my goals anymore?
What notions, concepts, believes, patterns, habits am I still believing in that are keeping me behind in life? Are these my notions, concepts, believes or were they induced onto me? Do I still need them or do I want to build a new foundation of notions for myself? What new notions, concepts, believes and habits do I want to create?
The story of week 3
In a town built on conditional promises, Maya learned the value of storing walls, each layer imbued with past pains and cautious dreams. Over time, her walls grew thick, an archive of forgotten smiles and weathered storms, safeguarding her from the harsh winds of conditional love. One day, amidst the solitude, a new notion sparked within her—a belief that perhaps not all that is archived should be kept, and not every barrier was necessary. With resolve, she decided to restart, to dismantle the fortifications brick by brick, questioning the very foundations upon which they were built. As each wall fell, she felt lighter, liberated from old restraints, ready to embrace a life valued not for its safety, but for its authenticity and boundless possibilities.

I love playing with words and written language. Especially discovering words and lingo I don't often use. Feel free to drop any words you have been feeling into the past (few) week(s) in the comments. Who knows we might learn from each other 🪷
I wish you a great new week❣️
