How to keep yourself calm?

Our brain works in our consent, if we discuss the critical aspects in it, then we will come to know that in reality our mind, our mind is attracted towards that where you do not want to think.
Our mind gets so engrossed in the hustle and bustle of contemplating that it remains out of its comfort. After that starts the period of mental stress and problems which force us to take some such useless decisions which are not appreciated at all according to us. This happens because actually you have taken that decision during that mental disorder when your brain is suffering from a kind of mental disorder.
Unless one learns to calm his mind, he cannot learn anything else properly. Different thoughts keep coming in the mind from time to time. Though these thoughts may be good, but if the time of coming of these thoughts is not right, then it causes harm.
The best way to calm your mind is to do yoga. By doing yoga, both the mind and the mind are calm. The main advantage of yoga is to calm the mind.
