When I meet my Creator

1. When I meet my Creator, face to face
I'll stand in awe, in a holy place
I'll gaze upon His glory, and His grace
And worship Him, with a humble embrace

2. I'll ask Him why, He made me so
With flaws and fears, and a heart that's slow
To learn and grow, and to love and know
And He'll say, "My child, it's because I love you so"

3. I'll ask Him about, the times I failed
When I fell short, and my heart was frail
And He'll say, "My child, I was always there
To pick you up, and show you I care"

4. I'll ask Him about, the times I cried
When my heart was broken, and my spirit died
And He'll say, "My child, I heard your every sigh
And I was with you, through the dark of night"

5. I'll ask Him about, the times I doubted
When my faith was weak, and my heart was routed
And He'll say, "My child, I never left your side
I was always with you, through the stormy tide"

6. I'll ask Him about, the times I sinned
When my heart was hard, and my soul was thin
And He'll say, "My child, I forgave you then
And I always will, until the very end"

7. I'll ask Him about, the times I loved
When my heart was full, and my spirit was moved
And He'll say, "My child, that's when you were most like Me
When you loved with all your heart, and all your might, you'll see"

8. I'll ask Him about, the times I served
When my heart was humble, and my spirit was deserved
And He'll say, "My child, that's when you were most true
When you served with all your heart, and all your might, it's true"

9. I'll ask Him about, the times I gave
When my heart was generous, and my spirit was brave
And He'll say, "My child, that's when you were most like Me
When you gave with all your heart, and all your might, you'll see"

10. I'll ask Him about, the times I prayed
When my heart was seeking, and my spirit was swayed
And He'll say, "My child, I always heard your prayer
And I always will, until the very end, I swear"

When my heart was faithful, and my spirit was dusted
And He'll say, "My child, that's when you were most like Me
When you trusted with all your heart, and all your might, you'll see"

When my heart was optimistic, and my spirit was scope
And He'll say, "My child, that's when you were most like Me
When you hoped with all your heart, and all your might, you'll see"

When my heart was imaginative, and my spirit was beamed
And He'll say, "My child, that's when you were most like Me
When you dreamed with all your heart, and all your might, you'll see"

When my heart was adoring, and my spirit was swimming
And He'll say, "My child, that's when you were most like Me
When you loved Me with all your heart, and all your might, you'll see"
