Loose Motion Home Remedies: The problem of diarrhea can bother anyone. Because of which there is a lack of water in the body and there is a feeling of weakness. There is a desire to have frequent bowel movements. There are two types of loose motion. The first is acute diarrhoea, which lasts for 1-2 days. Salt sugar solution proves to be very effective to meet the lack of water in the body due to loose motion. For this, you boil water, so that there is no risk of any other infection, mix equal amount of sugar and salt in it and drink it when it cools down.


cumin water

Drinking cumin water gives the fastest benefit in controlling loose motion. Boil one teaspoon of cumin seeds in one liter of water. Drink this when it cools down and then see its effect.

The potassium present in bananas works to maintain the deficiency of electrolytes. Due to loose motion, the deficiency of electrolytes in the body can be removed by consuming bananas.

Along with potassium, electrolytes like sodium are present in coconut water, which balances the body's water loss due to diarrhea. So drinking coconut water will be beneficial if you have loose motion. Drinking coconut water also provides relief from the burning sensation caused by diarrhoea.

Ginger has been used in Ayurveda to get relief from many stomach problems as well as loose motion. Ginger has antibacterial and anti-microbial properties, which gives relief from bacteria that infect digestion.


Lemon juice

Consuming lemon water two to three times a day can get rid of the problem of diarrhea quickly because lemon juice cleanses the intestines. So drink lemon juice mixed with normal water in summer and lukewarm water in winter.
