Hi My name is Murat.

I live in Konyaaltı, Antalya. There is a muffled atmosphere today, just like yesterday. I'm thinking of walking around the beach and maybe fishing. Afterwards, I can meet my friend, drink coffee and walk. I will go to dinner with my family in the evening. My mother's delicious meals are waiting for me. I need to get myself in order in 2024. Getting up earlier in the morning will be one of them. I've already created an important to-do list this year. My teeth ache. I will make an appointment with the dentist without fear. I will do eye exercises in the morning. I want to hang a reminder on the refrigerator for this. I have astigmatism problem in my eyes. I think I can overcome this with exercise. For the last month, I have had pain in my jaw in the mornings and I have a slight hunchback. But overall I feel healthy.
