Whip cream--1 cup
cocoa powder--3 tablespoons
coneflower---1 tablespoon
sugar--half cup
liquid milk--half liter
dark chocolate--1
First, sift the cornflour and cocoa powder in a sieve.
Now added sugar and liquid milk. Then I mixed everything well
Now put the frypan in the oven. Then I gave dark chocolate. Stir continuously while burning or else it may stick to the bottom or congeal.
When the mixture becomes very thick by stirring, turn off the stove and keep it under a fan to cool. You have to stir it while it is cooling, otherwise it will rise on top.
Take one cup of whip cream in another bowl. Then beat it with a hand beater to a medium spread. I stopped beating when the cream thickened and wouldn't go away when the bowl was turned upside down.
Mix the pre-made chocolate mixture into this cream very lightly with a spatula.
After mixing, I put it in the deep freezer for seven to eight hours.
