Fun sweet curd recipe

How are you all friends? I hope you are well, I am also Alhamdulillah.
Today I have come to you with a delicious sweet yogurt recipe. Yogurt is my favorite, not only me but also my family. I made this curd on Eid. Before this, I gave the recipe of curd about two years ago. Then I made it with cow's milk. Now I made it with powdered milk. But it was very fun to eat. I hope you will like this recipe. Let's see what ingredients and quantity we will need to make the recipe:
Materials : Amount
powdered milk: One and a half cups
sour yogurt : A quarter cup
the water: three cups
sugar: A quarter cup
Procedure:
First I left the sour curd in a colander for 30 minutes to drain the excess water.
After that I took water in a pot and heated it a little and put milk and half cup of sugar in it with a ball and kept it on low flame.
Then it's time to make the caramel. First, add the rest of the sugar in a frying pan, add two or three tablespoons of water and shake it well for a few minutes. This is how I finished making caramel when it is brown in color.
After that, the caramel is mixed well with the milk.
Then I preheated the oven for 10 minutes. In this case, the temperature has been kept at 180 degrees.
After that, sour curd should be mixed well with milk. Remember that the milk should not be too hot and not too cold. It should be slightly warm, otherwise the milk will become curdled.
Then I took some small cups and an earthen pot to put the curd.
Then I covered it with foil paper and left it in the oven for about four hours. Meanwhile, I kept the temperature of the oven on the lowest heat.
I took it out of the oven and put it in the fridge for a few hours.
My delicious sweet curd is done.
