Procedure to be guided before going through a plane
Once upon a time I always wanted to enter a plane and be taken to a far destination/ place, but I never traveled to a place far enough to be taught of either to travel by air or by land. Traveling by air, that is, using plane is a nice experience and is also a fast way of traveling as we all know. First Time Flying Tips: How to Calm Your Nerves
1. Arrive to the airport early so you don't feel rushed
Arriving at the airport early will give you some extra time to check your luggage and go through security without having to rush. We recommend arriving at least two hours in advance for domestic flights and three hours in advance for international flights. By arriving early, youβll have time to fix anything that doesnβt go according to plan without missing your flight.
2. Only drink water before your flight
I actually mean no alcoholic beverages or even sugary drinks like soda. Coffee is also a no-no. While you might assume theyβll help you calm down, these kinds of drinks might make you even more hyper and jittery before your flight. If youβre flying for the first time, you want to be completely yourself. That means no drinking in the airport bar beforehand and if youβre taking an international flight where alcoholic drinks are usually free donβt be tempted. 3. Pay attention to the safety instructions before takeoff
Once you get on the flight, find your seat and fasten your seat belt, take some time to review the safety brochures in front of you. This may set your mind at ease so you feel prepared in case something were to happen. Remember I said incase so that you won't assume am trying to put fear in youπ
. Even so, being prepared will help you feel a lot better. You should also listen to the flight attendants as they go over safety instructions as well.
