Laika Sputnik III: Road to Mainnet
We are excited to announce that we are entering the first phase of the mainnet release. Starting on July 28th, you will be able to interact with the first Layer 2 on Dogecoin and become one of the earliest users of DogFi.
Mainnet release
To ensure a safe and smooth launch, we have chosen to implement an iterative release strategy, gradually introducing features of the Mainnet. This phase will allow initial usage under real-world conditions, prepare for full decentralization, and allow dApps to build quietly.
On July 28th, the Mainnet will go live with all basic features. In the following days, we will progressively introduce additional features such as Account Abstraction (AA), Governance and Treasury Management (DAO), Staking/Delegation to Validators, New Bridgeable Tokens, Bridging out and opening the Laïka code.
The full version of the Mainnet will be live right after Laïka TGE, which is expected to occur in August. Detailed information on the upcoming funding round and tokenomics will be provided beforehand.

Spuntnik III: Incentivized Mainnet
This release marks the end of the Sputnik II incentive program and the beginning of Sputnik III. This new program will be based on users’ on-chain interactions (such as the number of transactions, volume, bridged amount, participation in liquidity providing, etc.). This program will run until September 30th, at which rewards will be distributed for all incentive programs.
NOTE: It is highly recommended to use the same wallet address across all interactions.
